Quality Cumbria
With the help of Visit Britain and in partnership with the Accomodation, Inspection and Advisory Services (AIAS), Cumbria and Lakeland Self Caters' Association (CaLSCA), and the Lakes Hospitality Association (LHA) Cumbria Tourism has developed Quality Cumbria, a Qualityu Assurance programme.
The Quality Cumbria scheme is a stepping stone towards the National Quality Assurance Standards. It is delivered in partnership with Visit Britain and while accodation providers meeting the Quality Cumbria standard are not yet participating in the national scheme; they are commited to quality improvements
Properties are assessed to a minimum standard and should be clean, comfortable and fit for purpose.
